About Mark Bogle...

Hosepro Director, Mark Bogle, comes from a large family of 6 children who were raised on Queensland's Sunshine Coast by their dear mother Shirley.

Mark spent his younger years travelling and working throughout Australia; primarily working on the land in strawberries, wheat cotton and beef cattle. However Mark's resume also includes time working on the wharves in Adelaide, completing 2.5 years of a mechanical / agricultural engineering degree and appointment as an Army Reservist in the transport core during which Mark worked on oil rigs in Canada and Central Australia.

It was not until Mark moved to Blackwater in 2004 that he was introduced to the Hydraulics' industry and learnt the trade as a Hose Fitter. Within 2 years of this Mark went into a dual partnership with Hosepro; which he purchased solely, 9 months later.

During this time Mark also met his wonderful wife Liz, and they were married locally in 2008. Mark & Liz now also have the blessing of their two beautiful daughters, Matilda & Amelia. Together Mark & Liz have a dream to own large scale cattle stations, which they can eventually hand onto their children.

Mark enjoys cricket, footy and flying... which has become one of his passions! Mark also has a huge passion for child sponsorship and philanthropic pursuits to help people in need, as he confesses there was a stage in his life when he was a child in need!

Mark's vision for Hosepro is inspiring and he one day hopes to see Hosepro become a state - then nationwide - enterprise, with a dream of supporting a 1000 families!

Mark openly states that he get's a kick out of seeing young people have a go and make something of 'this thing they call life'. 'We have a handful of "Hoseproites" who inspire me everyday!'

'I want to leave a legacy and I also want to encourage others to do so themselves. I believe in living life to the full and not just living for yourself!'
