The Blackwater Region...
As of January 2012, Hosepro have implemented site specific phone numbers for our Field Service Technicians (FST's). Rather than contacting our FST's via mobile, customers can simply call the 'site specific' number for their location and the phone call will be automatically diverted to the FST located in your area. This applies for phone calls during day-shift and night-shift.
Our FST's aim to answer all calls, however this is not always possible. If you call a site specific number and the call goes to the FST's message bank, please leave a detailed message and the FST will get back to you as soon as possible.
